Reconnect & Restore Coaching understands that unexpected situations and scheduling conflicts may arise. Clients are respectfully asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session. No-shows or missed appointments without communication may not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

If Reconnect & Restore Coaching needs to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, every effort will be made to provide as much notice as possible and arrange a new appointment time. Coaching services, packages, and completed sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By booking a session or service, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
